Texas Adds Anti-Vista Rider to State Budget.

So apparently Texas has finally realized that Vista is aka “Buggy XP with Pretty Looks.” And now no state body is allowed to buy Vista without written authorization. I’m glad that at least part of the government is being practical and saving money.
